Registration to the event is via the registration form. Please note the following things.

The registration fee is global for the whole event and covers
- participation to all sessions: workshops, ICDT conference, and EDBT conference,
- lunches and coffee breaks during the whole event, Monday to Friday,
- participation to social events (welcome reception, conference dinner), and
- conference electronic proceedings.

Registration fee are in Swiss Francs and should be paid in Swiss Francs.
A reduced rate (670 CHF regular, 430 CHF students) is offered to participants registering before February 15, 2010.
Starting February 15 the full rate applies (850 CHF regular, 550 CHF students).

The student rate is offered to full-time students provided they send a certification by their supervisor.

Authors of accepted papers are required to register before January 25 to have their paper included in the electronic proceedings.

On-site registrations shall be paid in cash.


Payment can be made using credit cards (VISA or EUROCARD/MasterCard), via the secured online payment system provided by PostFinance.
Payment can also be made by bank transfer, specifying that all charges for the transfer should be covered by the registrant.
Please make sure you read the terms and conditions displayed in the payment notice.
Cancellations entitle to a partial refund if notified before March 8.

Please note that you can only access the second page of the registration form once you have filled its first page.

Invitation letters

Should you need an invitation letter to get a visa from the Swiss Embassy in your country (see the Visa page) please send an email to stefano.spaccapietra@epfl.ch with your request specifying your name and first name (must be the same as on your passport), date of birth, duration of stay + cost guarantee, and the fax number of the relevant Swiss Embassy
